Description of the project
PRIN International Consultancy and Research Services PLC has been entrusted, by CSSP (Civil Society Support Program), to carry out Capacity evelopment Service (CDS) for CSOs operating in Addis Ababa, Amhara, Tigray and Gambella Regional State. To this end, PRIN has conducted capacity assessment of 25 CSOs and NGOs using Comprehensive Organizational Capacity Assessment Tool (COCAT).Besides the capacity assessment of the CSOs, PRIN has engaged in building the Capacities of the 25 CSOs and NGOs in governance, system and structure, HRM, Networking, Resource Mobilization, Revenue Generation and other important areas. The project was funded by five European countries (CSSP/BC).The CSOs are operating in Tigray, Amhara, Gambella, and Addis Ababa
