Project description
The study is aimed at investigating the practices, effectiveness, and challenges of the training and education of the teaching workforce in the Ethiopian educational system. A mixed-methods approach, combining both quantitative and qualitative, the concurrent approach was used in the design of the study. The survey questionnaire, Key Informant Interview, Focus Group Discussion, In-depth Interview, and document reviews were used to collect both quantitative and qualitative data. Mobile data collection with the use of KoBo Toolbox application was used to collect the survey questionnaire data along with the paper and pencil data collection method.
